Your future tasks with us include for example:
- Develop and maintain operations documentation, including mission procedures and operational scripts
- Troubleshoot detected anomalies and manage contingency scenarios, providing support for problem resolution
- Monitor the functional status of the Ground Segment and provide regular reports
- Review space-to-ground interface specifications, flight operations manuals, and other relevant documentation
- Present operational concerns and constraints, engage with other teams to influence key decisions
- Participate in technical and progress meetings, providing updates on project status and progress
Our Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Space studies or similar
- Knowledge about satellite sub-systems and Satellite Communication
- Familiarity with hardware and software system maintenance tasks
- Interest in Space Industry and Satellite Operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to react fast
- Strong English skills in writing and speaking, German language skills are advantageous
- Flexibility in scheduled working hours (ability to work morning, evening, and night shifts)
- Space and ground segment engineering experience is beneficial
